Winners Named for the 2005 EBSCO/MLA Meeting Grants

BIRMINGHAM, Ala., U.S.A. – EBSCO Information Services and the Medical Library Association are pleased to announce the winners of the 2005 EBSCO/MLA Meeting Grants.

They are Kelly Klinke, Medical Library, Liberty Hospital, Liberty, Mo.; Molly J. Montgomery, AHIP, Library, American Heart Association, Richardson, Texas; Carolyn M. Papa, Library and Community Resource Center, All Saints Healthcare, Racine, Wis.; and Paula Whannell, Health Sciences Library, Iowa Methodist Medical Center, Des Moines, Iowa.

This scholarship, intended to help subsidize conference costs for first-time attendees, enables MLA members who are new to the profession to attend the association’s annual meeting. The award provides up to $1,000 for travel and conference-related expenses.
