EBSCO's Biomedical Reference Collection™: Comprehensive Edition (BRCC) is now the world's largest database of full text journals indexed in MEDLINE^®. The collection now provides access to nearly 800 full text journals abstracted in MEDLINE and more than 90 percent of those titles come with PDFs. Major recent additions include Angiology, CHEST, Journal of Bone & Joint Surgery, Journal of Family Practice, etc. The product contains deep PDF backfiles for many titles, such as Annals of Internal Medicine back to 1960, etc.

Further, EBSCO's Nursing & Allied Health Collection™: Comprehensive Edition (NAHCC) is now the world's largest database of full text journals indexed in CINAHL^®. The collection now provides access to nearly 400 full text journals abstracted in CINAHL and nearly 90 percent of those titles come with PDFs.

Psychology & Behavioral Sciences Collection™ (PBSC) is EBSCO's compilation of nearly 500 psychology and psychiatry journals. The company has been working to expand PDF backfiles for journals in this database back to 1975 or further, especially for titles not found in popular journal archive services. The expanded long runs are available for American Journal of Psychotherapy, British Journal of Psychology, International Journal of Psychology (back to 1966), Journal of General Psychology, Journal of Genetic Psychology, Journal of Psychology, Journal of Social Psychology, and others.

Health Business™ Elite (HBE) has grown to 450 full text journals, most of which are indexed in the HealthSTAR component of MEDLINE. Like other EBSCO full text databases, this database is the only source for ongoing online PDF coverage from many publications (e.g. Marketing Health Services, formerly Journal of Health Care Marketing, back to the first published issue).

Health Source^®: Consumer Edition (HSC) has also grown. It now contains more than 300 full text periodicals, and EBSCO is in the process of adding more than 100 new full text reference books.

Alt HealthWatch™ (AHW) continues to grow under its new ownership (EBSCO acquired the database), and is by far the world's largest database of full text serials in the area of complementary and alternative medicine. The collection now includes more than 140 peer-reviewed and professional journals, magazines, proceedings, and association and consumer newsletters, most from 1990 to the present, as well as hundreds of pamphlets, booklets, special reports, original research and book excerpts - all in full text.

The combination of the aforementioned products represents what is by far the largest collection of English-language, medically-related full text serials in the world. In addition, EBSCO is now offering two Spanish-language, health-related databases: Salud para Todos™ (en Español), a database of full text consumer health articles and entries in Spanish; and MedicLatina™, with more than 120 full text medical journals in Spanish, a third of which are indexed in MEDLINE.

PubMed MEDLINE users and EBSCOhost^® MEDLINE users will automatically receive links to full text articles in any database described above (if that product is purchased by the user's library).
