EBSCO Publishing Introduces "New Features" Area on EBSCOhost®
New Resource Allows Customers to Preview Upcoming Interface Enhancements

IPSWICH, Mass. - November 29, 2006 - EBSCO Publishing is pleased to introduce a new way for users to learn about EBSCOhost® interface enhancements. The interface itself will feature a New Features link that will inform users about newly released and forthcoming updates as well as provide them with the opportunity to try out the new features.

The New Features page includes a "What's New" section detailing the latest features available via the EBSCOhost interface as well as a Try it! checkbox next to individual items so that users can incorporate the new tool into their research sessions. A Coming Soon box will highlight features still in development. By presenting the latest updates in this manner, the New Features functionality allows users and administrators to learn about and try new interface tools at their own pace and level of interest.

New Features include upgrades and enhancements for searching and navigation that are based on customer feedback. Appropriate administrators will continue to receive advanced notification of new features, and libraries will retain control of whether or not new features are added to their interface.
