EBSCO's Federal Government Division provides specialized services to United States government entities worldwide. Under the guidance of Vice President and General Manager Stan Terry, EBSCO's government division personnel understand governmental procurement policies, procedures, issues and regulations and are able to provide the highest quality service. Government division personnel are involved in many library and information-related organizations including the Special Libraries Association (SLA) and the Military Libraries Division of SLA.

EBSCO's services for government entities are available through a number of procurement options including General Services Administration contracts for databases, FEDLINK options for serials and databases, IMPAC purchases, purchase orders and local procurement.
